Please
carefully review the policies below before placing an order. (Updated
5/14/10)
Production Times
- With a few exceptions, all products are created just for you when you
order. Please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks from receipt of payment
for delivery, especially during peak times (holiday season or initiations
season).
- When ordering large orders for your chapter (8 or more items), please
contact me at least 6 weeks in advance to see if your order can be processed
and shipped before your deadline. Remember that many chapters
place larger orders at the same time - don't risk not receiving your order
in time by waiting to confirm your order with me.
Payment Policies
- PayPal payments are preferred as they allow
for quick and easy payment using your checking account, debit or credit
cards. Setting up an account is easy and you will be emailed an invoice
for your order. Checks or money orders are also accepted. Please allow
time for your check to clear before products are shipped.
- Please do not place an order until you are ready to send payment. Work
on your order will not begin until your payment has been received. Note
that your order may not be received in time for an event (i.e. initiations)
if you delay payment (see above "Production Times").
Shipping Charges &
Policies
- All products are shipped via the US Postal Service. Generally, Priority
Mail is 2 to 3 day service and you will receive a shipping confirmation
with a tracking number when you order is shipped. Shipping and handling
charges are $5 per order of $1-$74; Orders of $75 or more will be shipped
free of charge.
- For orders containing both cmh Designs and 31 merchandise, please contact
me regarding shipping as these may be shipped separately.
Bulk Discounts &
Rush Charges
- Bulk discounts are offered on letter shirts as follows: 5% off for orders
of 20 or more shirts; 10% off for orders of 35 or more shirts.
- Should you need a large order (8 or more shirts) delivered in less than
4 weeks, you may be subject to a $50 rush charge for the order. Please
also need note above about payments and production times.
Return & Exchange
Policy
- All cmh Designs products are made with the best materials available
and with careful attention to detail. If you feel that part of your order
is defective or incorrect (wrong size or color), please contact me to
arrange for replacement.
- Please be aware that my cmh Designs products are custom-made to order;
if you are unsure of what size you should order or about a fabric/color
combination, please ask before ordering.
Any exchange not due to defects or company error will be charged a 20%
restocking fee and shipping charges for the new item. Return shipping
will be not be refunded.
Monogrammed Gifts &
Accessories
- My Independent Consultant business for monogrammed gifts and accessories
is separate from cmh Designs.

through this separate business venture.
